Supported Living
Empowering Independence
At CDD, our Independent Supported Living (ISL) services are designed to help individuals age 16 and older live life on their own terms. Whether choosing to stay in the family home or move into their own place in the community, we provide the supports needed to make independence possible.
Our ISL program is ideal for individuals who want to live on their own with limited support. We focus on empowering choice on where to live, who to live with, and how to engage in meaningful daily activities. With CDD, individuals have the opportunity to build confidence, develop life skills, and stay connected to their community through personalized support and inclusion.
Group Home Living
Where support feels like family and every day brings new opportunities
Our group homes provide a warm, family-style environment where adults with developmental disabilities can truly thrive. Each home offers 24-hour personalized support from caring, trained staff who empower individuals to reach their fullest potential. Individuals are encouraged to build confidence through daily living activities, develop new life skills, and pursue personal goals such as employment or volunteering. From community outings and recreational events to meaningful relationships with housemates, every day offers new opportunities for growth, friendship, and independence, all within a safe and supportive home setting.
Live independently. Stay connected. Thrive with CDD.
