CDD’s Employment Services promote community inclusion through meaningful, competitive work.
We provide job readiness training, placement, and on-the-job support for individuals seeking to enter or remain in the workforce. Through partnerships with local businesses, CDD helps individuals find jobs that match their interests, skills, and abilities.
Our Supported Employment Specialists offer coaching and long-term follow-along services to help employees succeed and maintain employment.
For those not yet ready for competitive work, CDD provides pre-vocational training and opportunities through its ABILITIES social enterprise program, which teaches real-world skills in production, retail, and customer service.
