Last year our evening raised over $58,000 for our Day School, Day Habilitation and Residential programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities!
Join emcee Cody Holyoke and over 300 patrons at The View at Briarcliff as we celebrate 52 years of serving children and adults in the KC Metro and surrounding areas!
Live and Silent Auctions
You won’t want to miss mobile bidding during the silent auction, dinner, and an exciting live auction with celebrity auctioneer Tanna Guthrie! You’ll also enjoy fun activities; vintage horse races, wine and bourbon toss, photo booth, and a signature drink and mocktail!

Please join us as we seek to make a significant educational and quality-of-life difference for children and adults with disabilities. CDD provides a specialized Day School for children from metropolitan and surrounding school districts, and Day Habilitation and Residential Services for adults from Jackson County. We offer unique programming for individuals with Autism, various developmental disabilities and behavior challenges.

Cody Holyoke is an award-winning anchor and storyteller, with you bright and early weekday mornings for First News on KMBC 9. Cody is also moderator of KMBC 9’s Heart of the Matter, bringing important issues to light from across the viewing area every Sunday.
The Crossroad Sound
The Crossroad Sound specializes in high-end luxury entertainment for weddings. We create an elevated atmosphere through live music and creative lighting from ceremony to the after party that is unlike any wedding you’ve seen before. We have the most talented musicians in the Midwest and cover many decades of dance music to keep every generation in attendance at your wedding on the dance floor all night. We also specialize in jazz and soft pop for cocktail hours and dinner.
